First and foremost I would think they would risk nothing to assure they position themselves to argue the case. Now it may not matter what PM's hand is.
After listening to Jawsomsauce, IMHO, they F'd up with the exhibit contradiction and sounds like a rookie mistake rather than a mistake by a firm with all the accolades Cozen supposedly has.
If they get a Do Over I sure hope they'll use all their ammo, realizing they first need to get to the dance.
