As to marketing, Fitz, he learned at Kellogg that you can't market what you can't sell/commercialize to its customers. Dr. M is holding back with his marketing strategy until he can sell blarcamesine. Actually, one of his marketing strategies was to hire Dr. Kaufmann, who will bring in all the eligible Rett patients as quickly as the word, "Approved," is received from fda/TGA.
