Asia Diamond Exchange Update and more meetings held. To me the last set of financials tell investors the history of what is going on.
We get the dates for when meetings were held. Aug-Nov 2020. We get the date the company was created. We get multiple news outlets in Vietnam indicating 1-10 billion in projects will be underway between 2021 and 2025 time range. CEO saying on the last ECG we have confirmed 1.3billion in projects for the Exchange Center.
We have several meetings between May 2021 and today with the Heads of Government to make sure this goes smoothly. We have found that it's not just 600 Hectare Acers of land but it's 15,000 Hectare Acers of land being developed in the region around the exchange. See 2nd and 3rd Image.
Money will not move to the projects fully until we are current. The money will come from the Luxembourg fund to the projects.

Specifically, Can Tho City highly appreciated PHILUX's idea of establishing an international diamond exchange and non-tariff zone in Can Tho.
However, currently these areas have not been specifically guided by law. Request PHILUX company to send experts to work with city departments and branches and propose specific feasible investment plans, in accordance with Vietnamese law, report to the City People's Committee for consideration and request the Prime Minister to approve the specific mechanism for pilot investment in Can Tho.
