So you really have no idea what filings have already been completed, and which are left, to make all of your pronouncements of doom and gloom?

You clearly don't know the fiscal year for PHIL runs July 1 to June 30, not a calendar year. Unbelievable.

it may not be until next year or so for henry to get current. the last 10Q was for September 30, 2020. Then he still need the end of the year financial for 2020. then he will need to start on 2021 financial that is already late. i think there is 2 late financial in 2021 already and the third one is coming due soon so that will be 3 late financial in 2021 plus the 1 late financial from 2020.

Let me help you:

The 2020 K was already filed.
The 2021 Q1 was already filed.
The 2021 Q2 and Q3 are hours/days away from being filed.
As soon as the Q3 is filed, PHIL is current.

Saying PHIL won't be current until next year is beyond laughable, when it's happening by early next week.
