There is a lot of (ape DD) speculation that the stock price we see will start to correct to the second order book price in August leading up to new CAT (Consolidated Audit Trail Compliance Rule) implementation of Sep 3, 2021.


Any idea if that will be managed by DTCC to first balance the books, or does covering take priority?
