EVERYONE I HAD A NICE DISCUSSION WITH TDA THIS AM.

TDA has capped individuals holding AMC at $25 million regardless of your share account. Made it through 2 levels of “management” and I got what I wanted. I was upfront with the most senior manager regarding counterfeit AMC shares and my expectations. TDA employees are on the APEs side so please be very courteous if you call them when this hits the fan. The manager also explained to me the reasons behind my order difficulties and while I conclude the excuse is unacceptable I do understand the position TDA is in; TDA is not prepared to handle the shear volume of orders when this blows IMO. This event will most certainly have to be managed by the DTCC taking full control of Citadel platform.

I am not shocked the SEC meeting was canceled today, but this will not get Citadel off the hook for the counterfeit share counts in numerous “meme stonks”.

SEC doesn’t enforce tomorrow then the entire market is placed in jeopardy.
