I’m pretty sure a pre revenue company that did not do an IPO or raise funds from large Wall Street institutions initially (when most others do) is the exact scenario of an outcast. Being a victim was never mentioned nor is Anavex one. Adding aspects to a statement just to sound right does not in fact make one right.
