Yes, could lose 'Penny Stock Exempt' status today, first time since March. Not completing the merger in March has pretty much been a disaster, as it's been on a downward spiral since then for the most part. I can't recall ever seeing anything quite like this, right before a company is about to go public, its been a kick in the teeth for sure.
