Yes it does although a lot of them are under more and more pressure coming from a shortening time lines. After using several versions of level 2, it's not really that hard to understand who / why and how the cue cards work and who is holding them. There's a lot more to MM action than I first realized. I just buy a handful and wait. Some of them pan out some don't.
