In the 11th hour we shall see if Sept 28th even happens or gets extended like every other thing in this Country. Hell people still don’t even have to pay their own Mortgage if they don’t want too. I can see this getting a 6 month extension after the OTC Drops the ball handling all the requests. You can read that the SEC doesn’t want to turn the faucet off of potential investment into shell companies either. Page 96-98
