Matt Henkel's glioblastoma, I believe, started as a lower grade brain cancer from 12 years ago that morphed into what I think is now referred to as a secondary glioblastoma, so maybe his tumor was less immunogenic. I'm sure this is something Dr. Liau is looking at as part of the phase 2 combo trial analysis.

OTOH, Krystin Power's father likely had a primary glioblastoma (although they would probably need to verify the genetic profile of the tumor to know for certain) that recurred TWICE. Kat Charles also likely started as a primary glioblastoma, followed by 3 more surgeries. Both then received DCVax-L, and both are still alive and doing good.
