Lemons is in big trouble if he did cheat all his shareholders. I will mail him today to require proof of the signed contract of 12th february 2021. There was written that it was signed. Now I want to see the agreement. Breaking sec act 1934 is fraud.
But lets see if filings are getting current.
Also important what is the decision of the SEC.
It is all or nothing.
