Because no one recommends going after journalists or even bloggers in these instances. You can’t prove something arguing on social media. You just amplify nonsense. A court case would take years and probably would be thoroughly unsatisfying, and very, very expensive. Who will pay for that? Do you want an extra billion shares to pay for that? They need to concentrate on getting approved. They can sue him later if they want to, but then it will be irrelevant. I know of no company that has gotten much satisfaction from that kind of effort. A little noise, but it rarely helps for more than 5 minutes.
