ACCR is NEVER going back to the grey market. ACCR is right now is a MAJOR CONTROL DISPUTE...I am a Viking Warrior, and I will take my time, maybe years....and keep searching for a WHALE DEAL...I have tried to make deals with so many people, and it's not my fault that all my deals fell apart. ACCR is a SHELL...ZERO REVENUE...and they lied to me with their FORM 15 garbage filing on 6/30/2021 ---> they only did it, because I sent the SEC an email giving up the codes to Meihua Xu. The SEC Commission is looking all of this, and I hope the recent trading volume too.

We'll go with my completed 1st draft COMPLETED FORM 10 + I will re-do the 2019-2020 10K's with AUDITED RESULTS. I don't need an attorney to do this.
