A very good question as the trial [U of Oslo's DEN-STEM] reads as if it is ordinary RANO but in contrast-enhancing areas only. Their own Phase 1 trial results showed that this measure will generate a psPD false read (look about half way down where they discuss progression and show a psPD example).

As I said, a very strange design. Possibly they do not really care if it technically is a success.

The reason why I thought this trial is related to NWBO's -L is that the mRNA tech used is also picking up all the tumor antigens from the removed cancer material. This makes for a third candidate that is using all antigens in GBM.

BTW, I disagree that it is "obvious" that all antigens are better than select antigens. It may be true, but the argument against it looks as reasonable as the argument for it to me. And researchers have been trialing both for many years,
