I believe we have the tools to work on all of them with a personalized vaccine, I don't believe you can say the same with mRNA based products.

Personalised mRNA vaccines are in trials https://www.evaluate.com/vantage/articles/events/conferences/aacr-2020-biontech-and-roche-try-resuscitate-cancer-vaccines https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20201111005423/en/Moderna-Announces-Clinical-Updates-on-Personalized-Cancer-Vaccine-Program

I won't be around in 50 years, but I'd be willing to bet that by then many different diseases will be cured with personalized products, most which come from the blood alone.

Both GNCA and PACT Pharma are identifying neoantigen-reactive T-cells from the blood of patients and trials are ongoing.

The blood product that's provided will not only result in part of the solution, it will also say what therapeutics need to be added to achieve a cure.

PACT Pharma is hiring more researchers to assess the success of the engineered T-cells, identifying signatures of tumour engagement and pathways for next-generation, therapeutic improvement. For the latter, they already have two moving forward this year. For one, the endogenous TGF-B receptor II is knocked out with CRISPR/Cas9 (should overcome TGF-B mediated immunosuppression), while the other knock-ins a CD8 coreceptor (should significantly increase CD4+ T-cell sensitivity to neoantigen target recognition, allowing the killing of cancer cells expressing low target levels) https://cancerres.aacrjournals.org/content/80/16_Supplement/895
