In theory (subject to final legal and sec approval), the USSEC and Diversified Ethanol merger will proceed as arranged. A statement will be issued that as of day X, all shares on file for USSE will undergo a minimum 1.3x multiplier. The day of the process, USSE will stop trading, and reappear in the next time period as ONYI.
