That’s not $29,000 in sales, roughly half of that is rental income, which paints a far worse picture. Then depending upon whom ended up with the property that was seized by the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office, that rental income will not re-occurring. I don’t know if the seized property was sold or the note was paid off, I just know I don’t care anymore.
I still don’t understand why they let the Youngsville property be seized, and seized it was, and apparently stop paying the mortgage in October 2020, when they were getting rent through Feb. 2021.
It makes no sense.
I really thought RedHawk would be something special, my patience is gone.
