Within the next 2 weeks, it is expected that the 3 remaining quarterly reports, for fiscal 2021, will be filed.
Those filings will bring the company current, and once OTC Markets changes the status officially to current, Henry will be able to discuss many things he is legally not able to discuss until current status is granted.
Important to note the the contents of the 2021 Q reports will not look much different from prior filings. Revenue is not expected to show until the 2021 K, which is due on August 29th. The reason for this is the VinaFilms GAAP audit, which is expected to show $100M-$200M in sales, will not be completed until Q-4, and therefore won't be reflected on the first 3 Q's.
Henry has stated he expects VinaFilms revenue to be shown on the 2021 K, not the Q's. So, the importance of the 2021 Q's is that they are the final piece to qualifying for current status. The contents of the Q's won't change anything, so there should be no expectation of revenue reported on any of the Q's.
Getting current means that many of the projects and deals in place, will finally be able to be announced and move forward, which they can only do after current status is granted.
We will also be able to hear how many billions of shares have been bought back, and what the OS will be reduced to, which is probably the item that will have the biggest impact on pps immediately.
After getting current, we should see the closing of the Lux Fund Real Estate Sub-Fund, and an announcement made about when there will be an International Press Conference, in Vietnam, to announce the Asian Diamond Exchange. This is expected to take place in August.
There are truly so many exciting things that will happen AFTER the company gains current status, which will happen shortly after the 3 quarterly reports for 2021 are filed, which should happen in the next 2 weeks.
The day the filings are announced, it will be too late to get in on the cheap, so get in ahead of time, or stay in, so you don't get caught without shares when the news hits.
