Lawsuit, schmasuit. It’s done and over with as of 2019. The default judgment from the district court is irrelevant at this point. Why else would trading activity resume months after the Appeal court dismissed the remainder? Because it’s in the past and things are ready to move forward again. Just for the sake of argument, let’s just say this is the beginning of “another” fraudulent scheme. Im happy to be in on the ground floor of it and let it unfold a bit before finding the next opportunity. BUT, this is not the case and I’ll be more than happy to keep building my already sizeable position at these rock bottom prices.
