Questions for the board. It certainly appears Missling is positioning Anavex to become a major BP company. If that is true, in everyone's opinion is $125 million enough by itself to accomplish his goal? Or, would Rett revenues plus the cash be enough? Add to the mix PDD? To me the wild card is that Missling has stated he is going to need to partner for AD. If we can assume he will wait until the AD 48 week trial data is finished to maximize the value then partnering might be late 2022 or early 2023 imo. At that point the sp and mc should be multiples higher than it is now and a partnership agreement shoots it up even further. Hence, I have to believe if there is a takeover possibility the time to strike is within the next 12 months. Otherwise, would Anavex be too expensive for most to touch for a complete takeover at that point? Finally, if one of the BP's has done their DD like this board has, do they wait much longer for more of the iceberg to be revealed or strike before it is too late? Lots to consider.
