IMHO it's unlikely the FDA will act solely on data from a trial in Argentina ....they may but I think it's unlikely .

Meanwhile ...we know MD's need a recent cholesterol test usually before prescribing Vascepa and an outbreak of the Delta variant in states less vaccinated will likely reduce cholesterol testing
