What do you mean both of the 8Ks? We were expecting one for the buyback and dividend since we are not current. The buyback extension is not bad. It’s good. Practically says we are giving another 6 months to buy an additional 5 billion. For all we know Henry could have 20billion already and announce after we get current that they are being retired.

To me it seemed you had unrealistic expectations
