Hi ulmadi,

I'm guessing the Q's won't have any buybacks on them being PHIL cannot transfer them to the books till current. I may be wrong and someone who knows more can chime in, but this is my thinking. It really doesn't matter because once PHIL is current we'll know. I just hope it's billions though.

I am assuming that every Q1 to Q3 includes the amount of the buyback. To do this, it will be necessary to request the appropriate number of buybacks shortly before submitting each individual Q and to include them in the books.
Correct?

When Q1 / 2021 appears and billions of buyback shares have already been reported (!?), The price will probably explode.
I am assuming that most of the buyback took place in the 1Q at prices of 0.0001. Perhaps well over 10 million here?
