Well, welcome. Hope you enjoy your stay. Believe it or not, I am a supporter of ZNOG's mission.
Again, I have been here since around 2005 I think. I have to go back and look. Anyway, This is the fifth or sixth well that Zion has drilled in Israel. Yup, they need to pay for permits etc. That's how the stock got so diluted. ZNOG uses the stock as currency.
