I did not realize fully (people can see posts for a couple of weeks) that the NWS was crazy and wrong was an APA case v sort of its own challenge

although Alito saying FHFA can do stuff that is good for the agency -- suggests a latitude of FHFA action that I can not wrap my mind around !
(the conservator can act in their own best interest ---- ??????)

please elaborate on Takings Case v APA

And is that then only in that other $$ court or again in "regular courts"
