No not at all. For as long as they have been around, OTC shells and Reverse Mergers have always been popular plays for traders and speculators. For good reason, year in and year out they are often the most popular OTC stocks, does not matter what industry is hot at the moment, lithium, gold, crypto, cannabis, etc, etc...RMs are always hot plays. OTC traders love catalysts and there is arguably no bigger catalyst then an RM w/ massive potential......and I believe this fits that to a Tee...!

Speculators buy based on what could be.....not necessarily what is, even if the details are not completely known. They are not that different than Big Board SPACs really, people buy those in droves, and often with zero clue whatsoever about what could be merging in, but they buy based on what could be.

In this case, we know what's coming into INSD, we don't know all the details, or if it will even finalize, but if it all works out, I believe the potential is huge....and I've probably done more research on this than anyone......now it may or may not pan out, I just know the potential is there, and that's all that really matters to me personally.

As far as JV's being removed from the website, I have no clue, I can only speculate....but I hope Uzbekistan is still on the table, because I think a Melabis and Instadose JV could be a powerhouse combination. Melabis is growing the largest hemp in the world on 3K hectares in  Uzbekistan, I'm sure a lot of that hemp would need to be processed, manufactured into Hemp CBD(hemp oil) and Instadose could accommodate them....and could be a huge new revenue stream in the future..!!
