There isn't a law firm that is representing shareholders in a patent infringement lawsuit - that is complete nonsense.

Shareholders would have to file a lawsuit like Deirdre Leane did - and that isn't going to happen.

When there is a problem where law firms believe there is a high probability of a payout they advertise and solicit clients for a class action complaint - I saw this happen to PHOT shareholders.

"The Rosen Law Firm, P.A. announces that the United States District Court Central District of California has approved the following announcement of a proposed class action settlement that would benefit purchasers of common stock of Growlife, Inc. (OTCMKTS:PHOT)"

There hasn't been any law firms soliciting UOIP shareholders for a lawsuit.
