WiseYoda, you are correct, it is difficult

But then, one has to remember that there is a plan and a reason. It would be nice if Zion, or any company for that matter, were to find a way to reward their long term shareholders.

I have been investing here since 2008? I have taken part in the old bond offering and converted that investment into shares. How nice would it be if a company were able to reward options specifically based on term or age of the investor's holdings. I am sure that would cause a huge law suit from those less faithful that sold and bought through the years rather then remain faithful to the idea and purpose of the actual investment (no judgement).

In my heart, I know that my faithfulness will be rewarded. Even if Zion does not find a drop of oil, just think of the investment Zion has made in the Country of Israel. If you look at the impact Zion has had on the oil industry in Israel since Mr. Brown took on this prophetic mission, then you realize that there has been an ENORMOUS amount of blessing flowing from Zion into the country of Israel. I have been a part of that. Perhaps my part has been diluted over the years, but my faithfulness remains the same.

I have never sold a share of Zion Stock. Over the years, I have continued to accumulate and cost average down. Unfortunately, due to the structure of my IRA (my investment capital), I was not allowed to participate in the DSPP, but I continue to pick up shares, even last week.

Though I have never done the numbers, I am sure if I had waited and invested the same amount in Zion today, I would probably own 4 to 5 times my current position (based on cost averaging). But the faithfulness is what counts when things count the most. This is what I know to be true.

I am a blessed man and my family is blessed by Zion right now, without a drop of oil, we have been blessed by Zion because it has allowed us a way to bless Israel.

There is a plan!

I like what Justice Amy Coney Barrett said:

Her family was making a big decision. She went for a walk and ended up sitting on a bench in a cemetery. As she pondered her choices with respect to her family, she had a revelation.

Words to live by. We really are not all "that" in the grand scheme of things, yet we are extremely valuable to One. Don't ask me why He is mindful of us, yet here we are.
