Exactly, Calabria is out and we have Lamberth right around the corner. All it takes is one case where damages are rewarded to cause a domino of damage complaints that could lead to a windfall in payouts, which would either force a universal settlement with all shareholders, or there would be a fast reasonable scenario to make an exit from conservatorship. The SCOTUS ruling wasn't exactly what we wanted, but they did carve a pathway for the end of conservatorship via damages awarded by the lower courts.
