Well let's see what comes out in the wash during discovery. I think Amarin beats the Motion to Dismiss. In any event, I have my hands full with my own case, the EPADI II Federal Circuit Appeal, so I am spectator on the infringement case. It's usually hard to handicap the outcome without seeing all of the evidence.
