One has to ask why management doesn't really seem terribly interested in keeping their shareholders well-informed. This would be good corporate governance / housekeeping to clear this royalty and
"who-gets-paid-what, when, and-how" soon than later. Lugee Li's professed desire to get back on the NASDAQ would suggest to me that they would be inclined to behave more professionally, if just to get the real investment community interested in this company.

Management is handling this issue like a bunch of amateurs sorry to say.
