If anybody suffers from lower back pain- PLEASE let me share a rare recommendation. It's the "McKenzie Method- Treat Your Own Back" book.
(I'm 43.. in good shape.. no major back injuries.. but HAD chronic/painful lower back pain). Several treatments have temporarily worked in the past (Chiro, Acupuncture, Prolotherapy, Meds, Cannabis, etc). BUT, this book is the ONLY thing that offered immediate & permanent relief!
