Meanwhile, if he is doing what I have suggested in the story, he may have made back 75% of his money that he invested, even if the SEC takes action tomorrow.

If the SEC doesn't take action tomorrow and the price goes up because of his most recent meeting with Clemons, then he may get back all his money and more, providing the story holds up.
