Only eat when your hungry my mother in law always hungry maybe if she ate nutritious food. I fast only usually eat dinner. I do drink billet proof coffee in morning though. I have sarcoidosis and with this eating well and supplements I to no meds and feel great. I am not against meds but we need to look at what we put in our bodies. My doc said she only prescribed meds only trained that way. Also wonder why they don’t embrace other way to cure.
