They're trying to lay down the law. And I can understand that. If all the companies that aren't current wait till mid-September, OTCM won't be able to handle it.

But they're still not a regulator.

And what will they do when balky issuers start simply putting "current information" on their websites? That's fine with the SEC. They don't HAVE to use OTCM.
