I'm not going to cast aspersions on folks who for weeks/months have tirelessly sifted through documentations and compiled legal papers/files for SEC & FBI whilst I'm sitting at home questioning what they're up to.. .
re: "some people here with big investments are laying down and waiting for the steam roller to flatten them out" ..that's not exactly my assessment of the folks who own multi million shares, I respectfully disagree with that sentiment.. .nor do I concur with sheep/shepherd analogy
Costa Rica huh.. .you don't say _________________________________________
"...we are hiring legal to represent the interest of ALL shareholders not just those who have a lot of shares."
GColl ~ Hiring? If you don't have a lawyer sitting at the table right now, then you are already behind the 8-ball. There have to be motions and filings to "undo" Billy's "moves" over the past several years. The status of the corporation has to be repaired and put back to its original position. Billy has to explain why he let the financials go to pot and failed to file anything to keep the company active. He has to explain all the "hidden vessels" (Waterfalls) he has created to fill with the settlement money he plans to get. There has to be a plan to escrow any money from any deal until the distribution is finalized.
One last thing: Do you think lawyers on BOTH sides don't know exactly what is going on here? This notion that "we can't post on a public forum because it will tip our hand or let the other side know our strategy".... ludicrous.
Lawyers won't read this board to get information about how to handle this stuff. THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT.
I have 150k shares. Small investment. No biggie if I take a hit. But some people here with big investments are laying down and waiting for the steam roller to flatten them out. Hey, sheep don't always get a shepherd, right?
