OKAY Cytodyn folks: Here's The big 4 phase "Brilliant Take-over Plan"

Phase #1 Setting the stage
"Controllable posters" must focus on criticism of Dr. Nader Pourhassan and Dr. Scott Kelly. They must keep the dialogue going on their supposed "shortcomings/faults" whether valid or not.

The Key is to keep the pressure on and emphasize "the failings" (real or imagined) of Nader and Scott.

This makes it sort of unpleasant to be here, but this is meant to be a "mind fog." Saying the same "CyotoDyn" stuff, over and over about NP and SK, and even if untrue - it slowly achieves a psychological "sort-of growing credibility."

Simultaneously Phase #2 of the PLAN is operating...

The short transactions on CytoDyn are pretty much matching or significantly exceeding other stock transactions - a lot of money is being wagered on keeping the price in check - in fact - minor regular irritations (and that's what they're meant to be) losses. CytoDyn investors must feel the almost daily irritation of these consistent minor losses! - that is the key.

Ahhh, perhaps you've peeked behind the curtain, you "sort of know what's coming" for CytoDyn. It's like The three Little Pigs, you know the story it's just HOW IT'S BEING PLAYED

Phase #3

So behind the curtain we have our CytoDyn 13d crew (one alledgedly associated with Gilead, some others formerly associated with CytoDyn in the past [that may not have "fond remembrances", etc. figuratively donning their "White Knight" costumes and struggling to get on their rented "chargers." (This opens another topic - but I'll save that for now)

Phase #4

The REALLY BIG IRRITATION. This will consist of a number of coordinated events including: flagrantly false news articles strategically placed, truckload of board negativity and a REALLY BIG SHORT to drive the price down = FEAR FEAR FEAR !!!!

AND SUDDENLY...

While the trumpets sound and the 13d crew rides in with promises to restore you and even bring you a profit on your CYDY - if you vote for them. What do they think a SCARED, IRRITATED, TIRED OF THE BS >> YOU >> would take to be rid of this mess entirely? $4, $7, $10/share?

Story over...
13b arranges to sell off the total rights to Leronlimab and it's never seen again. AND I'd be sincerely surpirsed if the "13d knights" aren't very well compensated and, as a bonus, get a last shot at Nader.

Okay We're in Phase #3 - The noises coming from behind the curtain are almost laughable, but we know they're there.

The Trumpets haven't sounded yet, but have to in the near future. 13d have to bring this performance to a close before Nader scores a home run and that's getting closer to fruition.

Remember - the loss of Leronlimab = the end of CytoDyn!
