Pro 13D posters keep arguing that those involved can’t enrich themselves without also enriching shareholders.

But there you have it, they make a deal with Bruce, each take a piece of Incelldx, then once they control Cytodyn they install BP and ram through an acquisition of Incelldx, enriching themselves and screwing everyone else.

Probably why we haven’t heard their amazing plan yet.
