I’m glad you recognized your false claim that the 13D dropped the SP .50.

Again, the FDA letter and the subsequent CC dropped the price $1.01 from $2.82 to $1.81. That’s a 36% haircut attributed to NP and current management. Also, the lawsuit settlement, which requires CYDY to pay $3 million dollars for BOD mistakes, has also impacted the SP (in addition to the new lawsuits).

So, I find it hard to blame the drop in SP from $2.12 to today’s SP on the 13D. Doing so would require one to ignore the negative catalysts above.
