So 5 days after the FDA letter, the stock is up to $2.12 after hitting $1.81.

After the 13d filing, it goes down from from $2.12 to today's $1.83.

The 13d group and the FUD it created instantly stopped any recovery from the FDA letter (which was old news and shouldn't have dropped the PPS to begin with).

With the arrival of the 13d group and with the Brazil trial days away (or possibly even started), you could argue the 13d group may have cost shareholder $1+ and counting.

The drop from the FDA letter should never have happened. Weak investors panicked. The 13d group simply made sure the pps stayed in the basement, then they bolted the door.

Any further drop from here is solely on them and their decision to keep their agenda hidden.
