After asking about PR and after citing examples
the reply was:

A PR will be coming shortly.

Please don't read completely into that. Because my questions and responses were very direct and at a good clip, perhaps it was just a nervous response...although he didn't sound nervous.

They currently are working on several projects.

When I asked him again for a more defined timeline for a PR, he responded that he just does what he's told about when to get out PR'S

He also referenced an email I sent Sunday with several question and said the CEO would contact me directly to reply.

Other calls or emails to PR would be good IMHO.
