Has anyone suspected that Koos might have been lying in an 8-k that said he had engaged in a firm to audit the Financials. I mean, look at Koos history, he doesn't care even if lying in an 8-K is illegal.
I have already reported him to the OTC.
I have tried reaching out to him via all contacts listed on tbe 8-K's and Regens website. Contacted Regen itself as well as the auditing firm all with no reply whatsoever.
Given its been over two months now and Regen is not a big company so tbe auditing part shouldn't take that long, I think we've been lied to.
Like I said, a complaint has already been lodged with the SEC, I suggest others do the same.
A leopard never changes its spots as the saying goes.
Look into Koos history. I wish I had done before I lost over $100,000 on this ticker
