Np, I hear you. The word 'scam' implies a malicious intent on Lemons' part to just let the stock bleed out and die. In truth, we may just be living in Lemons' time, meaning that because the PKG deal hasn't closed yet, he doesn't feel the necessity of providing constant updates on progress if there isn't anything tangible. His tweets back in March foreshadowed this lack of transparency. When there's real progress, though, as on 4/26 with the share exchange agreement w/ PKG, he notifies shareholders.
