"isn't necessary right now" is debatable
shareholders have done extensive knocking on various lawyers doors
& given our case is very specific, local lawyers won't cut it IMHO
even a top #10 lawyer in California related to a fellow shareholder didn't make the cut
you'd be surprised to how much more than $10K this would entail
any legal aspects going forward I entrust to the pros
no pm other than fri 4-5pm EST so.. .couldn't have been me
