Mr. Raich indicated this matter had settled yesterday and requested all future dates be vacated. COURT SO ORDERED.

Upon Court's inquiry, Mr. Raich indicated the paperwork would be submitted to the Department by next week.

COURT FURTHER ORDERED, status check SET. 06/08/21 9:30 A.M. STATUS CHECK: SETTLEMENT DOCUMENTS
