Etrade customer platform performs worse after Morgan Stanley buyout... It seems to have regressed from a 24/7 customer platform to more of a U.S. banker's hour platform... Most individual clients don't work on U.S. banker hour time line... And I never have... Why the tech side isn't working all the time is unacceptable for an online platform... And what part isn't moving properly seems to change... If something wasn't broke, then why screw it up?... So we watch...LJ
