This is a very poor assumption:

Gold Quest states they loan $500 million annually - that isn't revenue that is money they have borrowed to lend so God Quest might generate at the best 5% on the $500 million - so your assumption of $100 million in revenue isn't close to being accurate.
But the upside for Gold Quest to go public is great - just your valuation isn't accurate.
But your valuation could be less than actual price it goes to.
