At first was of the opinion to go after him..... now not so sure. ZW has a point taking the high road first. I think that’s a more productive route. At the same time have all initial legal work completed ready to file on a moment’s notice.
Billy should be reminded that among the 600 + stock holders there are a number that have from 1m to 10m & some much more..... (point him in the direction of the TA to confirm.) who hold their shares out of pocket change & they are not happy with ( list those points)and will seek legal recourse exposing him to civil & criminal charges & all the negative points that will damage his reputation.
Give him a day or two..... no response triggers the prepared legal action....
On the other hand point out if he does the right thing he looks like a hero,saves face avoids disparaging court case ( civil & criminal).
If he doesn’t come around then it’s full bore ahead.... he will have had his chance.
