As you might notice there is only 60 followers of this stock on this board. Until recently, for the past 10 years, this was really the only board that followed this stock. Nobody (virtually) knows about this company in the US. Until that changes there is just not much action and when it happens it comes in spurts and then dries up. Hopefully New Management is going to do a better job of keeping investors informed and have more PR.
